October’s Spitfire Saturday Open Mic & Showcase takes place on Saturday, October 31 at 7pm at Muse Arts Warehouse. The event is presented by the Spitfire Poetry Group with the support of the Performing Arts Collective of Savannah. Attendance costs $5 for spitters and $7 for sitters. Grace Rohland’s “Double Dutch”

Starting on Sunday, November 1, Grace Rohland and Randee Powell will become the featured artists of the month at Gallery 209 (209 E River St.). Rohland will be displaying mixed media paintings and collages, and Powell will be showing nature-inspired macramé jewelry. Click here for more information.

The Scribble Art Studio will unveil their exhibit of children’s artworks titled Cuckoo Clocks at Foxy Loxy Café starting Monday, November 2. The opening reception isn’t until next week (Friday, November 6 from 6 – 9pm during the November Art March) but the work will be on view November 2 – 29. Click here for more information.
